No experience needed, we will teach you the basic boxing fundamentals and give you a taste of everything we do at Knockout! That day only, we will offer exclusive discounts for those that sign up. Our Towson gym is very spacious, everyone will be social distanced and all equipment is disinfected before and after each class. Please wear your masks in common areas, masks during the workout is optional. LET’S KNOCKOUT COVID!
