Private Class for Avalon Bay Residents! FREE and open to all residents. Learn how to box at Knockout Fitness Towson, located at 321 York Road (right down the street from you!). The first 40 people to check in will receive a crepe from Sophie’s Crepes, and mini champagne/orange juice bottles, compliments of Avalon Bay! Knockout will be offering discounts & giveaways.
